Thinking about picking this up to get round a few gaming niggles. Are the saves loaded as full saves or can you run an action replay save with one of your saves?
For instance: say there's an AR save for a sword in a game. Can I use it to give my saved character the sword or does it just load another character save with the sword?

It is pretty poor really. That's all it is - saves. No codes or hacks, just saves. Meaning you won't be able to progress your current save with the cheated data.
Looking through a few reviews it looks like a crappy save swapping thing with little to no cheats.
