I was browsing importmadness and stumbled across this, which I was lead to believe wasn't out until late this year, but it says its in stock?

Is it true, or have they royaly screwed up?

Also on the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles section, there is a red banner stating 'ITEM NOT AVAILABLE!'

Whats up with that?

Right...

There's somethings that a touch screen and stylus are good for.
Being a flat joypad is NOT one of them! :-P
And yes, Smash Attacks could be removed, but it's one of the main characteristics of the game...
I guess it's not absolutely necessary if all you require is cut down versions of N64 games on your handheld! :-P

Anysway, if they were to make it on the DS, it could work.
It WOULD have to be the D-pad.
Sure, the touch screen could be used for something, but not as a joypad or analogue stick. And the D-Pad would do the job fine enough.
You'd just need a button for run.

What I'd like to see is the game with 2D graphics too.
Mario, Link and Samus all animated in their classic sprite look.
None of this "plastercine model" polygon model malarky.

Wha'd'ya think?

Super Smash Brothers doesn't have to follow the exact same system than the previous games. Why would their have to be smash attacks??? Something different not work?

It is just a 2D beat 'em up after all.

You are a stickler for tradition aren't you Strafio.

The game screen could be the top screen and you use the stylus to punch, kick or do a special move. Maybe.

Nintendo could do it.

HAL almost certainly.

Jump Stars is the Smash Brothers style game from Nintendo featuring all the Japanese comic book heroes, such as Bobobobobobo. Looks really good. you use the bottom screen for selecting powerups and whatnot, or powering up special moves. Check it out on IGN or somewhere.
