.. well, i have about 6 different gels and sprays (each with varying degrees on bad-smellingness ;) ) and hopefully i won't do any more damage to that big ol muscle down my right side, but it's not a bone problem so i'm heading back to the ring again today.

so no shoot wrestling for a bit, but i shall be bumping, flipping and landing in about half an hour...

i'll get by it dude, i've been doing "performance" jobs since i was 16, this is just new and i have to work at it a bit...

although i'll bear the mask thing in mind ;)

For many people the art of cuitting promos is a much more difficult task than learning a hurrican-rana. Just remember if you don't master it by the time you work proper shows, to wear a mask and do a 'mysterious' gimmick, then you shouldn't have to speak.

it twinged a coupla times but nothing too bad and i can now take flip-bumps off the ropes and pull a pretty mean hurricanrana.. bargain :)

plus, we worked on promos today... i think it's safe to say i need work. i have scary lines, delivered in a very UNscary manner... DOH! :)
