Upon my second interview, I asked the manager whether the cast on my currently broken wrist would affect his decision. He said it wouldn't. He also said that regardless the outcome, I'd get a phone call to tell me the result. BOSWELOX!

i agree your freind shoulnd of got the job you should because you deseve it mor than your freind dose so why dont you go round and tell you freind next time to let you have the job because you deaserve it

Maybe he had a better attitude. You weren't in the interview with him.
At least it's not as bad as "Yeah, sure, we'll phone you back soon"
