Hands up who remembers those two awful Ewok films. I remember renting Caravan of Courage from the video shop and thinking it was one of the best films of all time, because those cute little Ewoks were getting their own film/s.

i'm downloading a few episodes of Ewoks... i remember it, and i intend to buy it, i just wanna make sure i'm not remembering it with rose-tinted nostalgiavision first.

Yep, I remember Droids, the Ewoks cartoon and at least one of the films. I'm seriously considering buying the two film set just for comedy value.
I like the way they have turned the rear antenna into a knob.

He could have made films, or indeed a cartoon series, about Han Solo's adventures as a pirate, or Boba Fett's bounty-hunting escapades. But no, Lucas chose the robotic Chuckle Brothers and something even gayer than the Care Bears - Ewoks.
I've seen one of the Ewok ones. Awful.
