Right, so the other team have kicked off, or whatever it's called, and my bloke has caught it.
How the hell do I pass the ball to someone else?
All I seem to be able to do is run around until I'm taken down. Then I select play or whatever it's called, can throw to set people with the A X B L and R buttons, but then I can't seem to passs it again, so I run around til I'm taken down again, and so it continues.
Is it me being thick, or are those actually the rules?

You have to move a certain amount of yards forward within 4 tries.

I think, you have to get as far as you can, without passing. Cause everyone else on your team stops the other team getting you.
