Sorry for the quality, it's not like it matters. These little things just annoy me for no reason at all, and appear at the bottom of the page too, so any help would be nice.

Tools > Options > Deselect Text Boundaries > OK.
Look like crop marks to me. Should be something under page setup to kill them off
