RAW
Hot
Batista - Like him or not (I don't), now Orton is out of Evolution that makes Batista the up and comer of the group and Trips influence should ensure a push for this man-monster...
Gene Snitzky - There are guys who've toiled away on WWE programming for years and you still haven't heard them speak. Snitzky got his chance the week after his debut and did reasonably well.
Maven - Finally Maven gets a singles win on Raw. Now if only he could find himself a partner then a decent feud for the Tag Team belts must surely be in sight?
Christian - Constantly refreshing his character and has the annoying heel shtick down to a fine art. A potential career-making feud with HBK beckons and if Christian can come out of this one looking good then surely a world title run will follow soon after.
The Hurricane - Heel turn timed just right for me as Tag Team with Rosey going nowhere. I like the idea of Hurricane becoming the Super-Hero who turned Super-Villian on his S.H.I.T...
Not
Triple H - Ok, we know he's trying to be Ric Flair, but he really doesn't need as many title runs as Naitch. Why? Because we're all fed up of him.
Eugene - Talent well and truly suppressed, gimmick beginning to get stale. The future is not bright for Mr.Dinsmore...
Eric Bischoff - In trouble with WWE management, so expect more on air humiliation for the former Mr. Nitro
Chris Benoit - Disapearing down the card with no meaningful feud in sight. The WWE returns to form and wastes his endless talent...
Simon Dean - Yet more fine talent wasted on a pointless gimmick. As if we didn't get enough of the 'fitness instructor' when they tried it with Candido seven years ago...
Sean O Haire could've taken either of those roles and done a good job with them, but no, he gets released and these 2-move wonders get thrown into the spotlight.
and i think lakers is right, if Batista were a small guy he'd never have made it, although he IS improving, so keep an eye on him.
If he was Spike's size he would not have lasted in the WWE

OK, care to share what this 'talent' is, as I don't see any?
As I said, no he's not amazing technically but he's a big, powerful guy with a fantastic look and certainly enough talent in my view to vouch a decent push.

How much talent does it take to throw a good spinebuster though? Seriously, even the Rock had a good spinebuster. and Arn Anderson. and Faarooq.
