Can anyone explain to me why my DVD player doesn't work. Whenever I put a DVD in, the picture is blue. Not totally blue but just tinted. It started when I put in the Match of the Day disc that came free with my Cornflakes and now it always comes up blue. I could have just leant on a button on the remote but I doubt there is a button that makes the screen blue. The DVD player is a Samsung DVD-S224 (cheap and cheerful)if that helps at all. Thanks.

try a new dvd -> tv lead (RF or Scart), could just be a duff lead.
Buy a new one!!!!
