I had a day off work last week with “flu like symptoms”, and so I phoned in sick. We have a database, which gets filled in and e-mailed to the officer to fill out when they’re back at work to say they are. This comprises of details of the officer and details of the illness. So, how would you imagine “flu like symptoms” would be described by the officer I spoke to?
