"The Butterfly Effect"

Sort of like 'The Lathe of Heaven' meets 'Donnie Darko'. Dealing with the paradox of trying to change what has already happened. A pretty good film overall. Not perfect, but I recommend you give it a look-see.

EDIT : Just watched 'Wonderland' too, which was pretty good IMO.

Two good films in one day. not a bad haul.

Yeah, the R2 DVD is the Director's Cut.

I loved the Butterfly Effect, the Director's Cut is brilliant, so if you get a chance, I'd recommend watching that. I don't know if it's on the UK DVD or not but it's definitely on the Region 1 version.

Just watched 'wonderland' too. decent violent gangster film starring val kilmer, based on a true story.

I heard from a mate who saw it at the cinema that it's really good. She has good taste, and a lot of films I buy I don't see them before I buy, I have good taste. I'm happy with what I watched. Ashton Kutcher is known for his quality MTV show 'Punk'd' and his comedy films. I'm really impressed with him here. He's a really decent actor. He can do many different things, eg; comedy & thriller (?) and they're totally different roles and he's believable.

I didn't expect much from Aaston Kutcher, thought at first it was some comedy but eventually saw it and thought it was a great little film. Well worth a watch i'll get round to buying it soon, especially as I aint parting with my money for the Star Wars DVD set

Oh, and the alternate endings I've just watched are terrible.

£11.99 is a bargain, still.
