which reminded me, about 2 years ago i read about a dutch software firm readying a psone football related game entitled hooligan ; storm over europe. i dont think i need to out line the game details.

Unlike GTA were your goal is to be some kind of crime lord.
You're fighting for freedom and such in 'State of Emergency'
taking on 'the greater oppressor' I belive IGN put it!
Perhaps that will circumnavigate 'too much' hysteria from angry parents anf the like! Then the game can be released and 'the youth of today' can carry on terrorising old people, looting and vandalising without this game being blamed!!!

I remember reading about Football Hooligan ages ago - I think it was banned before even going into production!!
