Reader GW sent word that WWE is hyping the returns of Austin, Hogan, and Foley for next week's episode of SmackDown, which they're dubbing the 'season premiere.'
Since next week is the show's fifth anniversary, it seems very likely that WWE will end up merely showing clips of the three men, and not actually have them live on the show.

It is being reported that Foley, Hogan, Austin and Stephaine McMahon have recorded segments to air during next week's Smackdown!

There is word that they might appear for in a "once-off" deal. it doesn't seem likely that Foley would return to Smackdown! since it has been a long time since he appeared on Smackdown!.
Austin is probably the most likely of the three to appear. We'll have to wait and see.

That's the Raw announcement. We're talking about the Smackdown 5 Special announcement.

The last few times the WWE has hyped up big events they've ended up being total crap (Raw 10th Anniversary, Roster lottery) They better deliver something next week
