Ok, has FarCry ever had a 'special edition' released? If not, what are the chances of one happening? I'm wondering if I should buy it now or wait for a special edition to be released with extra content etc. I don't want to have to buy the game twice.

Closest thing to a 'special edition' may be the xbox version, apparently they're implementing the trap ideas they had and have got Ubi montreal beavering away on it.
'Special Edition'??? Never heard of one, only the DVD and CD-Rom versions. I don't think it likely there will be one soon either, especially being almost a year old now.
