Having just been in the Bluetones thread there, it reminded me that Mansun have a new album out on 27th September. Three discs worth of stuff.
Okay, they're still split up (terrible), but it's a new album consisting of the recordings for the fourth album. Now only that, there's also a b-sides disc, and a third too - live stuff? not sure.
It's called Kleptomania.
Mansun were great. Especially Six, amazing album, especially Legacy (which also had an amazing video.)

I remember one of the early videos ("Wide Open Space"?) had someone who went on to be in Hollyoaks and have a baby with the speccy geek who got hit by a car.

"Six" was a true classic, completely superior to the other two albums, which is weird as they sandwiched it. And I've been after "Ski Jump Nose" for ages, so I might have to get this.
Attack of the Grey Lantern - there's a great bonus track on that.
Little Kix wasn't a great album, but it still had it's moments inparticular I can Only Disappoint U and Fool.
Take it Easy Chicken was a great song - not on any album though. Probably on this new collection.

Just getting into Mansun recently, they're a band I always liked but never actually owned any of their albums. Legacy is brilliant, as is Taxloss, Being a Girl and Special/Blown It.
