Does anyone agree with me that Aldous Huxley was a genius. I read 'Brave New World' a few months ago and thought it was brilliant.
I would write more but i am tired, if you have read any of his work - what do you think?

BNW = Corking book, though 1984 is still my favourite of all time. I now only have Fahrenheit 451 of the great Dystopian trilogy left to read.

I read it last year for my AS.. it was pretty good actually, although rather over-exagerated it made it's point well. And seventy years on the genetic debate etc. is still very relevant.

If you liked it, I would reccommend The Machine Stops, a short story by EM Forster written in the early 1900s with much the same themes.

Remember having to read it for AS Level English along with Utopia. Well i say read it i only ever got to chapter 2 but still managed a B grade.

Aren't A Levels great ;-D
