No, this isn't a wind-up. 24 hours after getting it, I'm kind of bored of it.

There's nothing wrong with the console at all. Really like it. Just for some reason I'm well, just BORED of it. Perhaps it's a few more games that are needed but right now I've got a very desirable Door Stop.

Ended up playing Fifa 2005 and Project Gotham 2 on the Xbox instead...

Even if that were all true, it's equally true for the Sony PSP apart from the Sony PSP also breaks incredibly easy.

Why would Nintendo fanboys worry if the DS battery only lasted 3hours they get bored in a hour, then again the game probably only last an hour on the laughable capacity of the DS cartridge. Then again who would want to look and the small low res screen for more than an hour.

If you get bored not that you are gonna because the shear size of games like GTA and GT4, you can. Watch a movie, go on the internet, listen to MP3's, look at video's or photo's.

Then again why would you want too, you have the best handheld in the world.
