You don't do 4 in first year. You do 3 in first year, normally 2 in second year and 1 in years three and four.
i done 3-2-1
Business/stats/economics first year, then dropped stats and now single in economics for my last year.

At my uni you take 3 for the first two years and then you can either take 2 or still do 3.
