Turns out after ringing the coatguard, Scotland Yard, InterPol, the CIA, FBI, Sherlock holmes and the CSA, they're not actually setting up a drugs cartel after all, and that message wasn't even them! Had me fooled for a minute, but then I remembered their drug cartel is in Colombia.

They were obviously stoned at the time of writing.
