Hello,
Im looking into buying a strategy pc game and because
theres so many of em i need some advice.

Rome total war. Thats assuming you have plenty of time on your hands, want some proper tactics and large battles.

command and conquer generals and expansion pack they are good online but 10% of players cheat which makes it no fun and it shows stats online, making it less of a fun game online and more of a fierce competition whice makes poeple cheat

Medieval was very good, but I too proffered Shogun. Put it down to personal preference, as I enjoyed controlling armies of Samurai more than controlling medieval knights. Regardless, I find Rome out does them both.

Like I say I've never played Medieval, but I think I prefer the setting of Shogun.

Well, no accounting for taste of course but I found Medieval better than Shogun. Shogun was rather too simplistic, and Medieval gave it a little more depth (not to mention more troop types).
