Hi I have installed doom 3 and all of it's components, i put disk one in to play it, then it tries to load and says please insert doom 3 disk 1 and try again even though the disk is already in there.

I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they new how to sort it. If so can you let me know please.

Thanks for your time.

Buy the actual game instead of some dirty pirate copy.

Have you got more than one cd/dvd rom drive and also have you got more than one partition at all?

Nah it's a brand new computer, my friends dad is sorting it out because he had a similar problem with his c&c generals, it seems I need a crack/patch to get past it because it shouldn't be on the disk or something, but thanks anyway for your time and help.
