I've read up on it and discovered it's a 'Machine Debug Manager' but there is also something about a virus being related to this too.
Any ideas on how to stop it from running - at all? I use Firefox as a browser, but one method of disabling it was to go into Tools>Internet Options>Advanced in IE. This didn't work - I restarted the machine and it was back up and running again.
Any help?
I'm on XP Home BTW.
Find the process, right click on it and select properties.
For startup type, select disabled.
Stop the service if it's already started using the stop button.
Click OK to save settings.
