It is interesting as current guidelines state that two organisations in different fields can have exactly the same company name. Now, as far as I'm aware, Vince's company have never raised money for endangered species (Big Show excepted) and the other WWF have never put on Panda Wrestling bouts. So the whole thing must have set some sort of legal precedent? What next? Orange Telecoms suing Orange Mini-Mart???

Ah, thats quite bad. I thought it might have something to do with that WWF place because I just saw a advert about it.
the animal loving freaks with the same name launched a lawsuit against Vince because they felt being connected with such a company was bad for their organisation or something like that. They won the case and got to keep the name while Vince had to change his, hence the whole WWE thing and having to blur out the old slogans on old match tapes rubbish
