But you can get decent Joytech ones for around £2 anywhere.

Common sense tells me nothing. You can play PS1 games on a PS2 using a PS1 controller but PS1 multi taps dont work on the PS2. Obviously I couldnt save a PS2 game onto the PS1 card, but i just thought it might be possible the other way around.
