I had one of my ideas for a "humourous" greeting card almost accepted by a card company, who were looking for "shocking and outrageous" material.
It was: (front) Hey cheer up mate it could be worse. There was one guy who so ugly that

True, it's more than most of us have ever done...although I did once send a joke into the Harvey machine at Harlow Town centre. Ah, the memories - Fox, Chicken and Grain was my bestest.
Nah, that wasn't one of the sketches I wrote, that was me trying to perform it in real life in a shop, where it didn't work.
The Charles and Eddie one wasn't funny though, I'll give you that!
Anyway, yes the series has started. Yes it's incredibly low budget and poorly acted. Yes some of the sketches are really awful and are rip offs of old jokes. That said, I'm going to have had sometihng I wrote appear on TV, and it's a start for me, so I'm happy.
Anyway, this was episode 1.
My sketches are in episode 3 and 7 - though they completely screwed up the punchline for the one in episode 7.
So that's September 2nd and September 29th, I'll let you know which sketches they are nearer the time though.

I read some of the sketches he write on here. No offence to the man, but *holds nose* pheweee. It's another ITV sketch show, which says it all really.
