So my brother says to me
"They'll be delivering it soon, don't accept it, tell them to take it back."
"OK" says I.
"Oh, and I'm also expecting some speakers, so you'll have to tell if the box being delivered is the i-pod or the speakers."
"OK..." says I. After all, speakers would come in a larger box than an i-pod, right?
So he tells my dad the same thing, and a delivery comes the next day. The box is way too big to be an i-pod, it's bigger than a shoe box. So my dad signs for it, opens it up... there's a small box inside the big box. Muuuuuuuuuhh.... I'm talking a box small enough for a mobile phone practically, inside a box big enough for a small European car. Why are they doing this to me?
So my brother is told to send the box back, but it needs to go back a special way, and we need some thingy from them to put on the box to make sure it goes back the right way. They say they'll send it. It never comes. They say they'll email it. It never comes. So this i-pod has been sat in my brother's room, still in the other box, for about a week, probably longer. I can't touch it. And I can't get the other, cheaper one, until this one goes back and my brother is refunded. Every time my brother calls or emails them, they say they're on it, and we'll get whatever it is they're going to send the next day. And that day never comes. Morons, every last one of them.
