Former WWE star Brian 'Spanky' Kendrick has agreed a deal to work for NWA:TNA. Spanky has made it clear to TNA management that his work for Zero-1 in Japan is his priority, but will work TNA as required, when available. Kendrick will more than likely be pushed straight into the X-Division title picture.

The X-division is, for all intents and purposes, TNA's Light-Heavyweight division. It's called the X-Division because, unlike other light-heavy/crusierweight divisions it doesn't have a weight limit, so if a guy fits the 'X-Division style' but is too heavy to meet the cruiserweight limit, he can still be in the X-Division.

The X-division is, for all intents and purposes, TNA's Light-Heavyweight division. It's called the X-Division because, unlike other light-heavy/crusierweight divisions it doesn't have a weight limit, so if a guy fits the 'X-Division style' but is too heavy to meet the cruiserweight limit, he can still be in the X-Division.
