i just got my Max Drive and i am having trouble...

it isnt anywhere on my pc, cant find a thing, but when i plug the max drive, it automatically finds it and installs it, but when i put in the disk or try doing it manually by exploring the disk drive it is saying:

16 bit windows subsystem

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running on MS-DOS and microsoft windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Anyone know how to help me?

Ask on the Max Drive web-site?
E-Mail them perhaps?

I hate to quote the obvious, but read the manual, or google it to see what comes up, I dont know off the top of my head, but sometimes The MMC card for my phone would play up and i'd have to format it, but it had to be fat 16 instead of fat 32 to be read by my phone
