Well

At the moment life has been pretty drab I am afraid to say my Mums illness has returned so she cannot speak without slurring - can hardly walk and thus I went to go get her a wheel chair kindly donated by teh red cross *plug*

...To Sheepys disgust most likely I can drive on my own now so venturing into the realms and back streets of chelmsford was thrilling. I could help mum out as a suprise for her as she was coming home from a funeral that day and i could try out the wheels heh heh

I had been driving it THREE days after succesfully completeing el wheelmobile mission and slamming it in the boot, saying thankyou to the very nice old man who lives at the wheel chair warehouse and off back to my casa DOOMMMMM struck

70... maybe 80 on the motorway and my BRAKES fail, can you belive it. I press my foot on pedal it makes a ha ha farting noise scaring the craap outta me and my lil bro. Its pushing air nothing else and my car is not slowing down at all....

So I give everyone about 5 times extra room and slow down via the gears then slam the brakes to the floor (gentally ease actually) and it finally responds (kinda)

I managed to get us home but I couldnt take us to see eye robot... :(

So my mums pretty darn ill not so nice, i cant venture into the realms of FREEDOM *cue george micheal* with a car as its now in garage till tuesday of next week and my boyfriend is away in scotty land performing the edinburgh festival

But last night was amazing. And no i did not miss the luxeries of a relationship and go else where... I canoodled with the stars

Last night my mum explained that there is some groovy mass of comets and so for hours last night i stared into the stars. It was amazingly clear and tranquil. Thousands of little stars it was like the epcot centre but for real...

I needed it more than anything, with all the illnesses my family had been through in the last year or so I had had enough and it was as if God was giving me peace in a mignificent show of shooting stars. I couldnt belive me eyes just lots of little stars shooting across the sky some travelling slowly so you can follow it falling and getting smaller and smaller...

All Im trying to say in a soppy and probably silly way is someone knew what i needed and it was so gorgeous. I love the sky and stars - some of you may have read a childrens poem i made about them!

Well, This was cool and i was wondering whether you guys had seen it at all???

Anyway if you actually sustained reading this lenghtly soppy mess please say if you have seen anythng cool like this -

AS always love ya all

Well done Ginge. Stars. Don't you just love 'em. And what's Pinky doing at the Festival?

Sheepy, if you read the Evening Times (I don't, honest) then you might have known that Glasgow has the lowest pass rate in the country. Less than one third.

So really Sheepy, you probably should be allowed to drive and the fascists at the DSA defrauded you.

So stick it to the man and drive anyway.

If you can't stop on a motorway aren't you supposed to smear yourself up the hardshoulder?

A few years ago I saw one of the last shooting stars of a comet's tail hitting the atmosphere. Was a spectacular site, better than fireworks as it seems so surreal.

I hope the skies clear so I can see some of these meteoroids as they collide with the atmosphere.
