Well as I look at it the game will probably be one of the best ever, it may be short but quality not quantity is what this game will be all about.
Why in that case have I brought it up and what does it have to do with renting? Well renting is common amoung gamers who can't afford the whole £40.00 (or there abouts) price tag, they hire the game and play it till the console can't take anymore, or in most cases they complete it... everyone here knows that the release of MGS2 is so blatently going to rocket to number one, but with the game lasting no more than 13 hours would you be prepared to pay £40.00 for a game that you have been waiting for for 3 or maybe 4 years.
Like most games, I recommend renting to any gamer, its great, costs a couple of quid and keeps you going for a couple of nights.
If you don't like the game, simple : don't buy it.
If you were near completion, simple : extent the rent.
If you thought the game was 'ace', simple : buy it.
Renting is a super way of finding out your own opinion, don't be swayed be others, including the magazines and websites that offer official groundbreaking news and reviews, don't rely on the screenshots or movies either, just rely on yourself for a minute, so go forth and rent cheap games....
