I don't think so but I know they have cheats on the Spider-Man 2 Cheat section.
Why? Why do you need to cheat on a game that wouldn't take your granny too long to complete if they really wanted to (and ignored all the side missions).
Plus most of the upgrades can be bought so easily anyway...
