O and NEVER use that switch on the PSU, the one with 230 and 110 on it, it blows it up

No somethings need a bit of forse, dont be afraid to use it, just not to much (use your common sence). Just take you time, and check you poer cable wireing, thats whats usally the problem

You could start by giving each of your posts different subjects - just so it doesn't look like you've got a sticky Enter key :)
