If I want to download a single song from iTunes, firstly do I need to register and be a comprehensive member and sell my soul to Apple. And secondly how much will it cost me for just one song?

I want Float on - Modest Mouse, but I can't find a clean version on a fileshare prog, so I'm willing to pay for it.
