hi everyone.... my name is jonathan and i love using my pc everyday creating pictures and so on....welll the problem is that every time i click on anything being a program or an option of windows a small taskbar pops up title .,,,,RUN AS,,,,,and in the window it asks me with a key pic on the left which says,,,,which user account do you want to use to run this program?,,,,,,at the bottom there is a circle to click on which says ,,,,, current user blah blah blah AND AT THE BOTTOM A BOX TO TICK saying ,,,PROTECT MY COMPUTER AND DATA FROM UNAUTHORIZED PROGRAM ACTIVITY and underneath high lighting for this option that THIS OPTION CAN PREVENT COMPUTER VIRUSES FROM HARMING YOUR COMPUTER OR PERSONAL DATA, BUT SELECTING IT MIGHT CAUSE THE PROGRAM TO FUNCTION IMPROPERLY,,,,,,, at for last the 3rd option is to use the folowing user.....



how can i turn this off so it doesnt pop up plz
