Why are you after that kit in particular?

well, i've been playin a while and my kit's pretty nice, but I just wanna make that step, you know? Also, the Rockstar Custom is of course Maple, which gives a higher tone with shorter sustain than Birch, and I prefer this. Also it has the StarCast Mount System, which lets the toms resonate properly to achieve the correct tone.
Oh, and it is the most amazing looking kit I think I have ever seen as well, besides the Starclassic Performer Birch "Sunset Fade" kit.

sorry! But these sort of things need to be researched if I'm gona dish out £500+, so thought i would look at it in detail
