Before I say these, make sure you realise these are just rumours I've heard and not my own opinion.
Rumours are going around that the head of Nintendo is a b*****d to work for. The rumours go on to say that the head of Nintendo has told all his employees that if the Gameboy Advance doesn't beat all Nintendo's previous consoles then they will be sacked!
And if you read some of the messages posted on here the other day, you'll know what he's said about maybe cancelling the Gamecube if it doesn't look to good at E3.
Also another rumour is going around that he doesn't like shops selling games at their own prices. He wants all shops to sell for his own prices only!
Now this is my opinion:

In the article I read it said the person who said this was well known for making outlandish comments like this (althogh not usually this etreme), so most people have taken this with a pinch of salt.
As for the no RRP rumour that's news to me, and not very welcome news at that. Surely Nintendo would at most suggest a price range for the console to be sold at but even then retailers would start at the highest price and only drop it slightly as sales slowed down.

In the article I read it said the person who said this was well known for making outlandish comments like this (althogh not usually this etreme), so most people have taken this with a pinch of salt.

No, he didn't mean it like that. He said that as in "as if it wont look good" i think/hope...
