He did, but a while after he'd worked the leg and HHH had stopped selling it as hurt.

Was a decent match, not rushing to put it in the hall of fame though. But nice to see HHH lose more times then he did in the whole of 2003 in that match :-D

Ring psychology that has to be explained to the casual fan, can't be considered good ring psychology...

true unless it was ment to be a case of benoit taking HHH by suprise?plus its hard for HHH to stay off the floor if hes legs hurt which would make it easier for benoit to apply any of his submission holds.

For me, it wasn't the number of falls, it was the manner in which they happened. Benoit working over the leg for 15 minutes and then going for a cross-face? A worker of Benoit's calibre should know better than that...

Yeah, I did. But Triple-H seemed to shake it off.

It was a 'seat-of-your-pants' moment.

Will he, won't he? Marvellous!

Eugene should be given a title-shot or something for helping the referee. :D

yeah, a few too many falls given how these 2 are usually built up as super resiliant types... but a good solid match.

Eugene's involvement was just the right amount (still impressed by that dead lift of the referee!! :) )
