Rubbish.
Rubbish.
The soundtrack was excellent and worthy of purchase if you're stupid and don't already have those tracks.
But the film...jesus christ.
Jack Black mugging worse than Jim Carrey. Annoying kids. Cliche uptight headmistress. It ran every single cliche and signposted jokes from a mile away.
"Hey, he's not a teacher. That's illegal and we can sue you"
"Sure he's an imposter but look at them rock"
"Wow, you're correct. Suddenly I am not angry with a complete stranger taking my children to clubs outside of school ours, because I recognise my son can play the piano. Despite the fact I paid for lessons for years for him to be this proficient"
"Yes, me also"
Terrible terrible film.
"Your kids have touched me, and I'm sure I've touched them too."
And Jim Carrey is class.
