As new games arrive on the real market, you can start to sell them in your virtual shop. You can sell games, accessories, computer hardware, and a few hidden extras like gadgets and DVD's!
But in order for you to grow you need staff. You will need people to serve customers, an advertising crew and senior management staff. If someone is not performing, fire them!
As you begin to advertise, you can expand, selling more products, and even opening new branches! You can expand to be bigger than Special Reserve!

Hmm... i think you need to work for Special Reserve first, and see how they actually manage a large company worth £13 million a year. But i agree, its great to eliminate the Dixon`s and the PC Worlds with snipers or asassins first!.
Heh...sounds ace, I like the part about...eliminating your competition...What you have described is very indepth though, and it would make a good game...providing you did it right. I doubt it would ever happen, there would be loads of hoo-hah about company copyrights etc, but hey, it is a smashing idea all the same.
You could even incorporate copyrights and yearly E3 type things into the game...although I don't suppose you'd have much to do with that. A Champion Manager style game would certainly be good!
