I need someone who experienced in web designing in Birmingham to become my business partner. I have a creative idea to make money and would like to apply it into a website... No capital is required. Students are welcome.

If you're doing something that's going to make any money, you're likely to need a web developer at some point. Don't forget that not all web designers can write dynamic code for applications like shopping carts, dating agencies etc. Be clear what you're asking for.

thanks guys... i prefer someone is close to birmingham so that we able to work together for this project from idea to implementation. i have absolute no idea in web design and i reali rely on him/her. 'Pay base on percentage' is sound good to me. anyway, my idea is just at the preliminary stage and i need to develop into detail with the webdesigner... regarding matters like payment, law and regulation ...etc

7 years professional experience with a huge portfolio of recent and past works. Worked on some huge projects (1 million+ users) in the last 5 years. Rates can be negotiated, either per hour/per day/contract, based on whether this looks financially viable or not.

Like Turbo, I also work remotley from home.

If you need a programmer (PHP, MySQL) I can work remotely on the server from Yorkshire. It's what I've been doing for years. Contract or salary preferred, I can work for a percentage if I think it'll take off.

I can see this being a pathetic idea that won't make any money at all.

You really need to go into ~slightly~ more detail...
