Let me know if Plusnet turn out as good as they seem - I had my eye on them as my next ISP for some time.

It's a sh!te when that happens. You have the stuff and can't use it. Although it's no where near as bad as having a driving license in front of you and not being able to use it.

They said that about mine. Took 2 days, so keep your hopes up.

It's easy as hell to set up so you shouldn't have a problem.
