Ring of Honour have announced probably their biggest signing since bringing in Justin Credible (who flopped big time in the technique based promotion, Justin, just wasn't good enough in the ring...), former ECW TV and Tag Team champion 2 Cold Scoprio, who is one of, if not the biggest drawing foreign wrestler working in Japan. Ring of Honour is, by it's very nature, focused on in-ring technical excellence, an area which 2 Cold (who competed with the then-WWF as Flash Funk) excels in, much like Jerry Lynn, despite both being now the wrong side of 40, he hasn't lost a step since his prime. Of course, ROH is often criticised for having a lack of star power, as many of the athletes they make the focus of their promotion make Chris Benoit look like The Rock in terms of charisma, this is an area where 2 Cold will really help the promotion many consider the number 3 promotion in America right now.
