Are you a webmaster? well if you are you could help me. I have just brought a domain and am wondering which program to use to make my website? even if its free! which ones do you reccomend?
Also please sate if you use html to make your website.

I'm learning html and when I attempt making sites, I just use notepad!

yeah but at w3schools you have to pay or something like that.I learnt basic HTML from my friends.There is a shop in my town centre calleD "The Works" bookshop and it has HTML books.I might pick one up:)

I just use plain old html, but I am planning to learn javascript later this year. Part of the course I am doing now involves Java, so I will use that as well probably.

I personally recommend dreamweaver 3 from Macromedia. It doesn't have to be 3, 1/2 get the job done just as wel but with less features, and 1 is now given away free on cover discs. I occasiionally use Shockwave Flash 4, which adds an extra element of interactivity, but be aware that not everyone has the correct plugins.
