Series 3 of The Shield is on Channel 5, but I can't watch it because I haven't seen the second series yet. Watched the entire first series in a week-long Shield orgy, and I was blown away. It's so different to the other imported cop shows, it's incredible. Good to see that all the main characters made it through the second series though - the banter really livens things up, and makes it genuinely funny.

Put it this way, it's so bad that I stopped watching it, cancelled my season 2 dvd order and sold season 1.
It's like someone forgot to add a plot. Unless you count the ongoing plotline about a guy who is raping old people and that Aceveda was made to suck a guy's penis at gunpoint. Because we all know those two made enjoyable viewing. Not.
