Apparently planning permission has been granted for Liverpools new stadium Provisionally to be called hub cap park, as it is to be made out of nearly entirely stolen hubcaps. Djibril Cisse's shorn hair shall be used instead of grass in the 60,000 seater pikey den.

60,000 that will do nicely! Got to be approved by prescott but a few stadium pork pies should sort that out though. Maybe Sean Dundee could work as head hup cap thief.

No its definitely spelt that way, its a name and needs a capital letter too. Hohoho
