I want to buy a dvd player that can play my own dvd's that i make, but i make them on a variety of different formats, including mpeg2. I found a dvd player here (yamada dvx-6600) which says it can play this format and the type of disks that i use. Anyone bought this already? Do you think it will work, cause if it doesn't i may not be able to send it back to special reserve to get my money back (or would they let me get my money back). If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

I've got a Yamada, plays everything under the sun. That's about as technical as I care to get.

If you were unhappy with the product, yes you could return it for a refund or whatever.

And I haven't made any "proper" DVDs, as in video and audio films, so I couldn't tell you, but it reads DVD-Rs and all that.
