In other news, I volleyed a heavy glass dish about 10 minutes ago when I dropped it.
I think part of my instinctive footballing nature said, "OMG AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A VOLLEY!!!11" or something, while another part was saying "Argh, it'll smash. If only you could slow it down before it hits the ground..."
And the result is a sore foot. It's probably fractured or something.
