a feel-good film. Nothing more, nothing less.
I thought the Rickman-gets-young-love storyline was comic. But I respect Rickman.
pretty crap film. No story development what so ever, watch notting hill or four weddings instead which are actually well made and though out, rather than:
"Lets get Hugh Grant make some film about love and ram it full of as many cameo's from famous british people we can"
This is a complete no brainer, I watched it with my GF and whilst I enjoyed it, and she eagerly loved every chick flick moment of it, it was in reality a very poor offering following on from 2 very good "lovie-dovie brit movies" in the aforementioned titles. Cashing in, pure and simple.
