How do you complete Gran Turismo 2 100%?
I have got gold on 50 licences and silver on 10. I have won every race and championship there is (including the manufacturers' "event" races but still only 99.08% complete.

Simply you cant complete GT2 to 100% it was a programming error. I have a US copy and that does the same but Iam pretty sure the English copy goes to the full 100% as I think they spotted it before the English release, but as the game came out quite quick over here compared to what Japanese games normally take the English version may still have this bug.
