Whats the best NBA Game out right now?

NBA Street Vol.2 - This game is class, its all to do with styloe and breaking the rules. I've played it before but that doesn't mean I dont want to play it again...

NBA 2K3 - I dont think 2K4 is out but this game is really cheap on Ebay and it looks pretty good, it also has a street mode which sounds interesting.

NBA Live 2004 - This is the newest one I've seen so far and it sounds great but is gonna cost me £30, is it worth it?

So, what NBA game would you reccommend?

Are there any NBA games coming out soon?

If you want a serious sim then go for NBA Live 2004

If you want arcade action then go for NBA Street Volume 2
